These homes have been taken down to the studs and are being completely reimagined. One is gaining a new primary suite, while the other is reworking the entire layout within the existing footprint. Both were charming in their day - and will soon be amazing all over again. Demo is almost complete, and soon the fun will begin: putting them all back together, even better than before. This home had great bones — it just needed the right refresh.
Before staging, we completed a full Spruce-to-Sell walkthrough and delivered a curated list of recommendations designed to elevate the home’s market appeal. Once approved, we handled it all — hiring trusted trades, coordinating schedules, and overseeing every detail — so the homeowners could truly relax while their home was transformed.
From replacing every light fixture (inside and out) to updating faucets, cabinet hardware, carpeting, and aging toilets, each upgrade was intentionally selected to make the home feel fresh, cohesive, and current.

What a year it’s been!
Staging was never part of my plan, but after a lot of encouragement from a friend (), I took a leap—and I couldn’t be happier.
Alongside interior design, I’m now working with sellers to prepare their homes for the market. Not just through staging, but with my Spruce-to-Sell package, helping homeowners elevate their spaces so they truly stand out and earn that amazing offer.
I started in my garage, quickly grew into four storage units, and now—finally—a warehouse. What an incredible journey this has been. I’m so grateful for the support along the way and excited for many more projects in 2026. 🤍
