Ingredients:
2 cups pasta shells
1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring until combined.
Add pasta shells and mix until coated with sauce.
Top with shredded cheese and allow to melt.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
