To reconnect with the people we love.
To remember that the most beautiful moments are often created with our hands, a few simple ingredients, and a generous dose of corazón.

While I’ve been a little quiet here, Cocina Corazón has never stopped beating. ♥️

The pots are still simmering, the molcajetes are still singing, and the stories of Mexico are still waiting to be shared.

Thank you, Compassion International, for bringing such wonderful energy to my kitchen studio! A sunny, clear evening in Green Mountain Falls set the perfect stage for an unforgettable noche de sabor.

The teams dove straight into the heart of Mexican cuisine, working together to create a true festín. We shared the fruits of our labor with three classic dishes:

🌶️ Poblano Rajas con Crema
🔥 Tinga de Pollo al Chipotle
🥩 Carne Asada en Salsa Verde

Paired with traditional Mexican rice and black beans, it was a total delicia. And of course, we topped it all off with a silky caramel flan to treat my amazing guests! 🍮
