I’ve met more boss babes through my journey who struggled with the same and I immediately knew I could bring solutions at their doorsteps. Soon enough Designs by Des manifested in the heart of my own home. I consider myself a hybrid when it comes to designing and styling. With my architecture background (architect graduate at RPI) and minor in Human Factors in Design (Human Psychology), I look at the world differently. As a full-time lighting specialist helping design professionals with lighting design, I immediately emerged as an upcoming designer specializing in providing design solutions of all types. Through professional experience over the years, I’ve mastered distorting perspectives, brightening spaces, beautifying realities, and optimizing space through different techniques I’ve implemented. As I purchased my own home and expanded my home decor experience with a little bit of DIY love in between, it’s become my passion to bring the same love and balance in your homes.
