Lumpiang Sariwa - Filipino fresh spring roll

Another variety of Filipino spring rolls filled with vegetables, tofu and ground pork. It is wrapped in homemade crepe-like wrapper, then smothered with sweet-savory sauce and topped with chopped peanuts. It's called fresh spring roll because it's not fried. It can be served as an appetizer, an afternoon snack, a side dish, or a meal in itself.
