Been such a busy day but I managed to get a lot done and i have good news!!!
Who remembers our clock catastrophe??
Well this piece sure has been a slow one but I was able to fix her and I bought the clock mechanism but it didnt fit so she has been sitting and waiting ever so patiently and tonight I found one that fits!!
So excited to announce she will be finally completed tomorrow morning when I instal the part ❤️

Lol it is a day I get to stay home and work!!!!
So its been slow moving building up my layers of colors but oooo lala I think i am getting there with the buffet/dresser... photo just does not capture how pretty this girl is turning out..... oh and for those if you that seen the decoupage paper before I started don't worry I did not get rid of the giant moths... next sneak peak I will show you where they ended up after I cut them apart from all the florals ... any way goal is to get this lady finished and into the shop by the weekend
Along with a few customs i been slowly chipping at here and there between work...

It was good to have a day to play in paint!!!!
Really love how this dark moody dresser/buffet is coming along. Still have a long way ..My vision is to make it appear like nature has taken over if it had been left in the middle of the woods with with florals and greenery a couple moths and maybe i will add in a few critters 🤔

And yesss I got the bombay started and and Mrs. Aubrey Hepburn is shinning like a star... I am so excited to be working on these!!!!

So i was leaving for work yesterday when I seen a package sticking out of my mailbox ( it came early!)
I grabbed the package jumped in my vehicle and headed to work. The whole time im dying to just pull over so I can open it lol
I finally get to work with a few minutes to spare so I ripped it open and there she was!!!!
Ohhhh my goodness I am telling you this paper is breathtaking. The art is gorgeous and Kelly over at WhimsyKel Designs did a fantastic job resizing it and getting her printed for me. Thank you so so much!
If any of you have a design or a picture you needed printed on decoupage paper i highly recommend whimsykel designs, you won't be sorry..

But here is a sneak peak of the progress I have made on this buffet/dresser... she is coming along rather nice...just really slow moving ( took for ever to cast my molds and I still need more! Lol )
Ohhh and yess good news the Aubrey decoupage paper is supose to be here tomorrow!!!

This sweet gal will be going to The Little Shops of Shelby this Saturday
We will be raffling this off along with a couple other items that were donated by other vendors for the James and Delaine Weiner cause.

( James has been diagnosed T cell lymphoma. He has been through heavy chemo treatment also had stem cell replacement surgery. He has been off of work since February and it has put a strain on his family. He has a wife and 2 children at home.)

They would greatly appreciate any donations. All money from raffles will also go straight to them.
If you do not want to participate in raffle but would like to make a donation...we can accept then at the little shops or if u would like to make one online just reach out to me.

For a chance to win this dresser stop in the little shops of shelby to purchase your raffle tickets.
Each ticket is 5.00 for the dresser and the dresser will be up front by register for you to view.
Tickets will be on sale til Sunday September 6th.
Winners will be drawn and announced Monday September 7th
