Some supplements I have been incorporating into my wellness routine. Creative helps muscle building and recovery and can improve brain fog. Colostrum and collagen are good for bones and joints, which is super important to me in my mid 30s in preparation for perimenopause. My daily multivitamin I have been taking for years with iron that DOES NOT constipate me π and I have a probiotic for gut health and hyacera for skin. Living in the desert in a dry climate, I suffer year round with dry skin, but especially in winter. This is great to improve the suppleness of your skin. Not to forget my Owala 30oz to improve hydration throughout the day. I love these bottles because of the lid, only thing approved for healthcare settings and I love them for my daughter at school to prevent extra germs. I loathe the bottles that have exposed straws or drink spouts you have to touch to open π€’
