Here is just a little preview of what will be added to my menu for tomorrow. This is the full size but it will be available in a mini version. I don't have a photo of that yet as it will be made fresh tomorrow morning.

Strawberry rhubarb crumb pie in a limited supply as well as the apple crumb pie, both in mini versions. Available by 11:30.

A little information on my pies and treats: all fresh fruits, fresh eggs, real butter, real vanilla extract, real pure cane sugar, no preservatives. Just good quality ingredients,. Nothing from a can, no artificial sweeteners or artificial flavors.

The drop off was completed earlier today for my first day at "Main St. Mercantile".

Homemade mini "Apple Crumb Pies" baked up fresh this morning. Made with the freshest ingredients. No preservatives, made with real butter, fresh fruit and whole quality ingredients.

Stop by and pick some up as they are best when fresh, "how to store/reheat card" inside the box. Bon appétit!

Food prep has begun for my mini pies that will be available this Wednesday at a local Mercantile.

I am so excited for this new venture to offer my baked creations in a really cute general store.
