I was totally blown away today by the love and support you guys showed me. You all are the most awesome, kind, and thoughtful bunch of friends a person could hope for. I hope you felt as special today as you made me feel. Also, congrats to all the prize winners. Can’t wait to celebrate everyone in…. Hmm how about 5 years? Who wants to wait another 10?

Special thanks to all of you who graciously volunteered to help with the event. I couldn’t have done it without you. And to all my friends and family who disguise themselves as customers , thank you. You know who your friends are when they’ll show up in this extreme heat, 😝, some drove almost 3 hours just to celebrate with us. I am beyond blessed !

Side note: Can’t wait to finish off Donna Chapman’s cookies , Carlann Miller’s apple butter , and the 10 Zero candy bars from Tamma Foster. Once I consume all that I’ll need to take a hot bath with my Skinny Pig soap made by my bff Trena Whitefield , then take a nap and lay my sleepy head on the beautiful pillow Sherri Maxwell made for me.

Celebrating 10 years! Take a look at the amazing inventory that will be available this Saturday, August 29th ! We will be open from 9 am until 12:30 pm..

Please note that I will not be following this post as I have plenty of work that needs to be done in preparation for Saturday. Thanks and hope to see all my friends on Saturday as we celebrate our customers.

I plan on posting pictures of current inventory on Wednesday. I have a few more pieces I need to pick up this week. We have a variety of some really nice and unique primitives. Plus a couple of repurposed pieces that will grab your attention. All just in time for our customer appreciation day on Saturday.

Also, please note that Touch of Bliss will be open this Friday and Saturday. Sherri offers a huge variety of vintage goods, home decor, painted furniture, and more. She’s a pro at interior design and has been in the business for years. On top of that, she’s one of the nicest persons you’ll ever meet. So shop local, shop with Sherri, then come shop with us.

I want to recognize and thank Tarren and Nathan Neighbors. Knowing I had gotten more big pieces in, she reached out to me asking if they could come help move furniture for me. Tarren isn’t bigger than a minute, but Nathan is a different story. He ended up moving most the pieces entirely by himself. Tarren rearranged and help me place lots of smalls. Lincoln, Nora, and Madi came and were quite as church mice. I’m sure they got bored, but they didn’t complain to my knowledge.

Donna and Rick Chapman volunteered to help as well and I appreciate their willingness. However, Mille thought they should have the day off.

So, here is another example of the wonderful frustomers that have blessed me many times. Glad to count them as friends! Thanks again guys!
