The best design solutions usually start with the strangest problems… like building a cozy den around a massive burgundy safe.

This bulky functional piece was taking up significant floor space in another room. Instead of treating it as a problem, we tucked it into a closet, created lift storage above, and designed the entire den experience outward from there.

Vintage airplanes. Antique trains. Layered personality. Cozy TV watching.

Because great design isn’t about creating a pretty room.

It’s about creating spaces that reflect the people living in them and sometimes their history too!

Whether we like it or not, our kids grow up. 🤍

Their toys disappear. Their visits get shorter.

But we never stop wanting them to come home.

This bedroom was designed with that feeling in mind — elevated … and still familiar. Because thoughtful design isn’t only about how a room looks. It’s about how someone feels when they walk back into it.

Maybe the worn teddy bear and old truck are there for a reason. 🧸🥛🍪

Because home should always leave room for who they used to be… and who they’ve become.

Not every favorite feature in a home is the dramatic one. ☕✨

When we suggested adding an InstaHot to this coffee station, the homeowner honestly thought it was unnecessary.

Now?
He says he couldn’t imagine living without it.

Sometimes the BEST design decisions are the little everyday luxuries that quietly improve how you live, move, and start your mornings.

And yes… we designers secretly love when clients end up saying:
“You were right.” 😄

From heavy… to heavenly.

This Estero primary bath didn’t start out serene…. It started dark, closed off, jammed packed with too much stuff and visually heavy.

But that’s where great design begins—
seeing what it could be.

We opened the space, softened every finish,
and layered in light, movement, and calm.

The result? A space that feels like an exhale.

Because when design is done right…
you don’t just see it—
you feel it.

Midcentury spaces were made for this—warm woods, clean lines, and just enough openness for the light to dance across every surface. Add a little golden hour glow and suddenly the whole room feels like a slow Sunday morning.

No extra styling needed.
No overthinking required.
Just light, texture, and a vibe that says… stay awhile.

This Estero family room was designed with soft goals: to create a space that feels effortless, understated, elegant and lets you shed the stresses of life the moment you walk in.

From layered textures to tranquil tones, every detail is intentional and calms the soul. Because the best spaces invite you to stay.

(Honestly… we wouldn’t mind staying here a little longer ourselves. ☀️)

Wait… why are we rolling a rug with cardboard?! 👀

Because getting things perfect isn’t optional around here.

When this rug arrived tightly rolled, we didn’t just “hope it would flatten out.”
We used a simple trick (thank you, delivery team 🙌) to make sure it laid exactly the way it should—before anything else went into the room.

Because the truth is…
it’s the little things no one sees that make everything feel right.

And from there—furniture, lighting, accessories—every layer was placed with intention to bring this Estero home fully to life ✨

Not just styled… but finished.

The best part of this kitchen?
It’s what you don’t see… 👀

This space had angles, interruptions, and a layout that just didn’t work.

But hiding behind it? A hallway that wasn’t earning its keep.

So we took it.

And that one decision is what made a 10-foot island, better flow, and a completely different kitchen possible.

Because great design isn’t just about finishes—
it’s about knowing what to change.
