Lakeshore Blvd Kitchen Part 2 🌊

This hallway that used to take up space is finally earning its keep.

What was once an overbuilt wall of cabinetry is now a pantry and coffee bar, the kind of spot that makes you want to slow down for your morning coffee instead of just passing through.

Lakeshore Blvd Kitchen Remodel Part 1 ✨️

There's a moment in every project where you can feel a house start to breathe differently. The old layout was crowded with cabinetry, the kind that looks impressive but leaves you with nowhere to actually land.

So we gave the room permission to open up. Cherry wood replaced the old oak, hardwood replaced the tile, and one long built-in table anchors the whole space, built for mornings with coffee, views of the Lower Harbor, and peaceful workdays.

Above it, shelving gives their art somewhere to live, pieces gathered from around the world, finally seen instead of stored.

This is what a kitchen looks like when it's built around your life, not just a floor plan.
