Lin Frazier has been part of the Fraco family for an incredible 35 years and serves as our President. For over three decades, Lin has led the way with a focus on quality and community, helping build Fraco into the trusted local resource it is today.

Lin’s favorite part of his role is hearing feedback from customers about just how helpful and dedicated the Fraco team is throughout their projects. When it comes to his favorite product, he is a major advocate for Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). He’s such a firm believer in their durability and efficiency that he’s even planning to use them for his own next home project!

When he’s not at Fraco, Lin stays incredibly active and full of energy. While he is 70 years young, he’ll be the first to tell you he doesn’t feel like it, and his hands-on approach to both the business and his personal projects proves that age is truly just a number! 💫🏠
