2. Mall or Shop organized clean and easy to shop.

3. Friendly and knowledgeable Staff

4. Do they take offers if so what are the rules.

5. Do they offer shipping and can they sell over the phone as well as in the shop.

6. Shop/Mall hours, are their hours convenient for all shoppers.

Cleaning a piece of furniture yourself before bringing it in saves money on labor fees charged for basic prep work.

Why Cleaning Saves Money?

Reducing shop time.

Dropping off a clean piece allows me to start immediately on stripping or repairing rather than spending time on prep work, which includes scrubbing away years of built-up grease, wax, and grime.

How to Clean Your Furniture?...

If your piece has been setting out in the garage, basement, or barn for a while, start by vacuuming out whatever has been living in or on it.
Like mouse droppings, spider webs, mud dauber nests, etc...
Note, it's never a bad idea to wear a dust mask when vacuuming old furniture from barns or garages.

Use a degreaser, like Dawn dish soap mixed with water to lift surface oils, and wipe down all of the surfaces.
Use a soft brush or toothbrush to get into carved details and corners where dirt hides.
Wipe the wood dry with a clean cloth immediately so excess moisture does not damage the grain or remaining finish.

If you pre clean, it will save you money in the long run, and you will get your furniture back that much quicker. 😎

Saturday,Sept 19, we are going to open late. Our Grandson has a football game at noon. We should be open around 1:45ish. Come by and see us. We are still awesome, even if we open late!
