Last Friday Chef Steve and the TWOX crew hosted an epic Greek Easter feast at TheWholeOxtoo. Delicious eats, fantastic wines, and fantastic company - everyone had a blast. We can't wait to do it again, so stay tuned for upcoming dinner plans and we'll keep you in the loop. Cheers!🥂

Hot pastrami straight out of the smoker NY Katz deli style . Info as follows
1. Pastrami , mustard , marble rye and twox pickles on side
2. Cash and carry 20 bucks . This is a big sandwich can feed 2 or house it , judgement free zone . No cards here !
3. Everything will be packed Togo feel free to eat here at our tables . There. Is no beverages or anything just sandwiches . Anything you might need is at big ox .
4. We can’t run orders back and forth it’s just the pastrami here !
5 . Sorry for the rules just laying out our format for future pops ups like Derek’s Pittsburgh polish pop up coming soon think pierogies, haluski , cabbage rolls and kielbasa and kraut and homemade smetana ( sour cream ) …. Keep your eyes peeled . Briskets are smoking and will be ready to carve at 12 . You’ll want to eat it !!!! Trust me

Things happening in the butchers kitchen today . We are excited to put into our cases with a cool new label and in 12 oz tins for those of you looking to cook without seed oils . We are packing and getting ready to have these available starting later next week with the label of get it without this week no worries. We have Bacon fat , Beef tallow , duck fat and lard . All rendered in house from our fats . Great thing about having this new kitchen is we have the space to pack and get new products out and also use the kitchen so we continue our never ending quest to be better at nose to tail utilization!!! Check at big ox for product . And you want to cook without these !!!!
