A fresh stage for Skogman Homes ✨

Yesterday we brought another beautiful new construction home to life, and this one called for a little drama.

We leaned into rich navy, warm camel tones, touches of brass and plenty of texture to complement the stone fireplace and warm cabinetry while giving this open-concept home a personality all its own.

One of the things we love most about staging new construction is taking a completely blank space and helping buyers understand how it can actually live.
Where does the furniture go? How much seating can the living room comfortably hold? Can that dining area really accommodate a table for six?

Good staging answers those questions before the buyer ever has to ask them.

This Waterloo home had incredible character, from the soaring wood beams and stone fireplace to the walls of windows and beautiful architectural details. Our job was to make sure buyers noticed all of it.

We staged the entire main floor, creating a cohesive flow from room to room while helping define each space and showing buyers how the home could actually live.

The result? Accepted offer just 19 days after staging. 🙌

Another staged home officially off the market!

When we staged 2801 Autumn Woods Dr. in Cedar Falls, our goal was to create a home that felt warm, welcoming and easy for buyers to imagine themselves living in.

We used a mix of warm wood tones, soft neutrals, earthy greens and a little rust for contrast, while making sure the furniture showed off the scale and function of the open-concept living spaces.

And 33 days after staging? SOLD. 🙌
