Well, I guess this is the life a cherry tomato farmer? 😂 What the?! This is ONE plant! I think I got my money’s worth. Usually I can keep up with cherry tomatoes and we can eat them fresh as they ripen, but not this year. I’m in no way an expert, but I attribute the changes to two possible new things I did in my garden this year (in addition to the normal alpaca fertilizer I put in there) :
🌱planting these cosmos that draw in pollinators, thanks to my friend for those!
🐇 and fertilizer from our angora rabbit

Gonna get my bruschetta on in a big way.

Dryer balls for days! Over the next few weeks we are going to be cranking A LOT of dryer balls out. These last a really long time….like a long time. These are made from some alpaca fiber from my friend’s alpacas just down the road.

I’m still using some that I made when I first started this business 5+ years ago…granted they are on the “pill-y” side (totally fixable, but I don’t mind), but function totally fine! And with 4 young kids, you can imagine the laundry moving through here! I love mine for cutting down static, decreasing drying time, and general laundry fluffing.

Spun off the bun… right after the kids went to bed. Papi (our angora rabbit) liked it. I got a little behind on grooming preparing for a market, but now we’ll get him looking spiffy.

Once upon a time there was a lady…a sleep deprived lady of 4 kids in 5 years. Though she loved almost all animals, she hated cats because they rubbed on her overstimulated self and their p*e stank ridiculously bad. But regardless of how she felt about them, they kept coming to her house and staying because her toddlers fed them way too much food.

One day, after one good night of sleep, she went out and looked at her sad pasture and asked Chat GPT a question. Suddenly, it all made sense…she had accidentally become the party house for cats and her toddlers only reinforced the real issue.

Anyone need pasture raised catnip? From farm to cat dish?

A new piece in the Rogers Art Hall of Fame. My 4 year old made this alpaca pooping (tail up and everything 😂) and the fertilizer making a flower grow. I’m super proud ❤️
