My sister's illness has kept me from posting much on this page lately. Plus I pulled out all of my cheat slips over the holidays.
So, it's time to get back on track. Plus I'm needing to find some other lower fat things to eat because my cholesterol is going up. Genetics and higher fat foods are too blame.
I found this over the weekend and decided to try it today. I used ground chicken instead of turkey. I added some submarine sandwich dressing (kind of an herby olive oil) from the deli section at Walmart. I also added some Greek seasoning that I had in the cabinet.
I put mine on a Zero Carb tortilla from Aldi. I'm sure mine cooked longer than he said. I didn't want to bite into raw chicken.
Verdict: Very tasty! I will do this again. I'll add some banana peppers and maybe pickled red onions next time. I don't like tzaiki sauce, so I didn't have any kind of dip.
