Shop Policies

Please read and understand the new/updated policies to ensure a smooth process when ordering.
Excepted Payment Methods
All payments for product are due prior to product being created or supplies being ordered for said product.
*Website purchase
*Etsy Shop purchase
*Invoice
My invoicing offers multiple payment options including, credit, debit, mobile wallets, cash app and After Pay.
Please note, I have no control as to wether or not you are approved for the afterpay option.
Shipping/Pickup
Product is shipped via USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be provided when the product is ready to ship. Customer pays all shipping cost. Pick up can be arranged if discussed and agreed upon when placing the order.
I do NOT offer personal delivery to your door.
Turn Around Time
*Tumblers
5 business days, after design approval and payment, to complete and ready to ship for all styles that are on hand/in stock.
10 business days, after design approval and payment, for all tumbler styles not on hand.
*Apparel
10 business days, after design approval and payment.
*Photo Blankets and Baby Blankets
15 Business days after design/photos approval and payment.
*All other offered items
10 business days, after design approval and payment.
Please be advised that there may be times specially ordered styles, sizes, colors, ect. may take longer to arrive to me. In that case, you will be informed of the estimated date prior to making your payment. When you inquire about an order, please keep in mind, a
fully custom/one of a kind design can sometimes take
hours to create. I am a one person operation with a family, job, and other orders/projects. To ensure your item/design is complete when you need it, it is advised that you get your order in well enough in advance.
*Rush Order Fee
If you need an item created in a shorter time frame than the turn around time quoted, you may reach and we can discuss if it’s possible. If a rush order is excepted, a rush order fee will be applied. The fee will vary depending on the time frame and number of items.
Image/Design Policy
Already created designs on file. I have thousands of premade designs to choose from.Choose a product and design theme, I will send you samples/mockups of the design theme you
requested, if I have the theme. I usually try to send several options to choose from.
Specific Images from Etsy or other digital design platforms. 2 options.
Option 1 - Buyer must purchase the image and email to me at [email protected]. The image must be in good quality of 300 DPI in PNG format. Any design not meeting these quality
standards will not be excepted.
Option 2 - I purchase the image, providing the designer has the image available to purchase. Buyer is responsible for the cost of any image needing to be purchased to meet the design request and
payment for the design is due prior to me purchasing it.
Photo’s
Photo’s should be of good quality. If your photo is blurry or pixilated, it will not make a good quality item. I strive to make clear, vibrant images on my products. Therefore, I reserve the right to refuse an image if the quality does not meet or exceed my quality standards.
If you want photo editing such as background removal or change, photo enhancement, ect. this could result in additional fees depending on the complexity of the request.
I will NOT accept any digital design images copied from platforms such as Facebook, pinterest, ect. to use on my products. Designs must be of good quality 300 DPI in PNG format. Poor quality designs result in poor appearance of finished
product. I take pride and care in the items I create.
CUSTOM DESIGN FEE.
Designs that are created uniquely for your request.
I have spent countless hours in the past creating custom designs for the invoices to go unpaid or an order not be placed at all. My time is valuable and I deserve to be paid for the work I do.
If you are a long term customer with many previously satisfied orders, you may be exempt from this policy. Some of you have been very good customers to me and I appreciate you.
Starting 4/13/2026 there will be a custom design fee starting at $10. The fee can increase based on the complexity of the design and number of edit requests.
Custom design fee is due PRIOR to me creating the design and will be deducted from your order total should you choose to place an order.
Custom design fee is non refundable. This ensures I’m compensated in some way for the time spent in creating.
Sample/Mockup
You will always receive a mockup/sample.
All product samples are sent for approval prior to being created. If your graphic choice contains text and/or personalization, please verify correct spelling and/or grammar. All design samples are attached to the invoice or viewable on the website. Please view the images.
Payment is equivalent to approving spelling, grammar, design choice, placement and product type. Each product is handmade, and small imperfections may occur. Color may slightly vary due to varying screen resolutions of computers, phones and tablets.
Refunds and Returns
All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of your items, we are unable
to accept any returns or issue any refunds. If there is an
issue with an item, please reach out to me and we can
work together to try to come to a reasonable resolution.
