Hellloooooo Whiches! 😀😀 We have great news! We're going to be setting up a table at the Shen-Valley Flea Market (Double Tollgate) this Sunday the 26th

We'll be setting up at the reserved tables with a white pop up canopy. I'll be bringing along many of my paintings, Kenny will be bringing many of his woodworks.

Hey there Whiches! 😀 It's been a headache filled weekend, but i got some crafting in

I made an insert for a clear phone case because i wanted to have variety without having to buy 10 different cases 😂

Then we have iridescent acrylic on black gesso'd canvas. It's not finished yet, but i love what i have done so far 🥰

Happy Arty Day, Whiches! 😀😀

Today i finished up a painting tutorial on waterfalls and foliage and then decided to take a chance on an alcohol ink technique i saw on YouTube, thanks to Artfully Abstract by Lorrie. I'll link it below

I made this today, to help me when I'm feeling defeated, or when I feel like I'm not talented. For when I'm afraid, when nothing is coming together.

I have anxiety, and i manage it the best it can. But there are days when the panic comes in and it turns to inaction. Almost like being frozen in time. Artfully impotent.

I'm hoping this will remind me of why i paint. How arting makes me feel. That I'm still learning and a beginner and that's ok. It's alright to not get it perfect. And try to create whenever i can. Not to force myself because i feel like i 'have to' or risk disappointing people who want to see me make things, just for the sake of making.

So I'm sharing this for anyone else who might need some affirmation.

Keep going
You CAN get where you want to be
You WILL make it
You are good enough
You are YOU, not them
You are right where you need to be
Invest in yourself and your art
Research methods
Discover new techniques
Keep learning
Get quality tools and materials when you can
Remember why you you art
