Many of you may remember my post about my smashed lobster dish.

Well, right after I posted that, Elizabeth from Elizabeth reached out to me with a picture of a blue lobster dish in a both near hers at the antique mall and would I like it?

I'd never met Elizabeth, I don't even think I was following her, but she was kind enough to reach out, get the dish for me and CAREFULLY pack it up and ship it to me.

This is such a great community. I wanted to give her a shout out for her kindness. She's a new seller here so please go follow her!

✨️ AVAILABLE ✨️

The kind of vintage brass piece that makes the whole room look more collected. ✨ This substantial lidded tureen is loaded with gorgeous details—from the engraved florals and ornate handles to the shell feet and fabulous acorn finial.

The beautifully aged brass patina gives it that layered, old-world look that’s so good mixed with books, artwork and other collected treasures. Would be an amazing candle vessel as well.

At 9" tall × 10" across × 7½" deep, it has serious presence on a console, sideboard or library shelf. Made in India for Decorative Crafts Inc. and intended for decorative use.

A really special statement piece—and even better in person.

For my green-loving chinoiserie friends 💚

This vintage Imari-style ginger jar might be one of my favorite color combinations—soft jade and emerald greens, turquoise florals, touches of gold, and a pair of fabulous birds. The all-over crazing gives it that wonderful aged character.

There is a chip along the inner rim, shown in the photos, but here’s the good news: with the lid in place, you’d never know it’s there. It displays beautifully.

Measures approximately 6" tall × 4.5" wide

This week we are going to the dogs with precious pooches ready for adoption.

Vintage A. Santini Hunting Dog Figurine 🐾

A handsome A. Santini hunting dog from Norleans captured proudly carrying his bird—a classic sporting motif with wonderful detail in the feathering, coat, and expressive face. The warm ivory finish gives it the look of carved antique ivory and makes it especially good for an English country, equestrian, or traditional study-inspired collection.

- 8.25" long × 2.5" deep × 6.5" tall

Vintage Sporting Dog with Game Bird 🐾

A classic English country moment! This handsome vintage hunting dog is shown proudly retrieving his game bird, with wonderful sculptural detail throughout the coat, foliage, and feathers. The rich brown and cream coloring and wood-look base make him especially good for a traditional study, library, hunt-country vignette, or sporting collection.

A substantial statement piece with plenty of old-school country house charm. 🦆🐕🤎

This *was* a gorgeous pink lobster dish until the seller shipped it to me. It was carelessly packed in a box of paper and two random blocks of foam.

I am so sad about losing this piece and frankly mad at the seller. Don't bother selling items if you're not taking the time to pack them appropriately.

Sure, I'll get a refund but what I really wanted was this dish.
