I received a 2 star review for this wreath in my Etsy Shop. I've never received anything less than a 5 star. It took the customer a month to complain and I offered to send her a shipping label, so it could be shipped back to me for a full refund. She chose to leave a negative review instead. She told me my wreath was too little and flimsy. First, I create my designs on an evergreen wreath, which is not flimsy and second none of my wreaths are little. The measurements of the wreath were in the description. Why are there people like this in the world....so frustrating.
