What is uncured, nitrate-free bacon? 🤔🥓

🌾Spring is a time for new growth; flowers bloom, crops are planted and babies are born on the farm. The anticipation of the changing season brings hope and new life as well as frustration and patience. Farming is seasonal. Each season brings a new set of challenges as well as acomplishments, just like our everyday lives. Right now, we balance both the seasons of planting crops and raising piglets along with raising 4 beautiful children and growing businesses in town. There are joys and sorrows between them all, but only for a season. Because before too long, the crops grow taller and the babies are now toddlers and the next season of life begins.
