🔥 Six weeks. Six projects. One ancient Appalachian craft.

That right there is what it looks like when something clicks. A person, a hammer, an anvil, and suddenly they're making something real with their own hands.

I'm teaching a beginner blacksmithing course through Pellissippi State's Lifelong Learning program starting May 7th. We meet for six weeks and you walk away with a bottle opener, a Russian Rose, a coat rack, your own set of tongs, and a final project of your choice. No experience needed. Just show up ready to work.

This is the art my family has been doing for four generations in these mountains. Come learn it.

🔨 Make something with your hands. Make it for Mom.

Look at these people. They walked in not knowing a thing about blacksmithing and walked out holding a letter opener they made themselves. That smile is the "I just did something awesome" smile. I see it every single class.

May 9th at Creative Spark Studio, you can have that same moment, except you're making an iron heart ornament, just in time for Mother's Day. Come solo or bring Mom. All materials provided, zero experience needed.
