CHEESEBURGER SALAD BOWL 🥗🍔🔥
INGREDIENTS:
For the Salad Bowl:
500g ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pickle juice
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: COOK THE BEEF
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and slightly crispy. Set aside.
STEP 2: PREP THE SAUCE
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and pickle juice until smooth and creamy.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE SALAD
In serving bowls, layer chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Top with warm ground beef and generous drizzles of the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs.
