These photos really fail to give these beauties justice.

We had a blast digging and digging for big and small crystals.

We have some larger pieces soaking to clean them up. You never know what might unfold in our final reveal.

I think we are making it a point to have a crystal mining date once a month. In the cooler months it will be very refreshing.

I'm telling you, that mountain of dirt we are digging on, is surrounded by the quachita mountains. The view is breathtaking. Sitting in God's beautiful creation restores my soul and reminds me how BIG God is. It is truly a blessing to share it with someone you love. Lester Hires.

It doesn’t take much to ruin a perfectly good day.

One frustrating conversation.
One mistake.
One rude comment.
One piece of bad news.
One moment that went wrong.

Sometimes the moment lasts five minutes. We’re the ones who give it the next twelve hours.

You don’t have to.

A bad moment doesn’t have to become a bad morning. And a bad morning doesn’t have to become a bad day. If there’s something to learn, learn it. If there’s something to fix, fix it. If you were wrong, own it. But if it was simply a bad moment, let it be a bad moment.

Not everything needs to be analyzed, explained, or carried. Some things deserve to be left where they happened.
