I asked ChatGPT to create a mascot from a few pictures and this is what it created. I asked it to include the mountains and an elk. The Gato is Benji! I am not sure what I will do with it, but it turned out really neat!

For those waiting for the store to open, here is an update. Moving out and selling our home in DFW took longer than expected (shocking right?). But, we have officially made it to New Mexico! Yay!! We are currently trying to squeeze two homes together so I am not focused on the store just yet.

I am a firm believer that all things happen as they should and stressing over a deadline is not what I (Karen) or we want to do.

Stay tuned. If you drive by and see us out and about, toot your horn or stop in and say hi. We are looking forward to meeting our neighbors!

We have officially moved to NM this week and I already completed my first volunteer stint working the concession stand for the football game. To all my concession peeps, Sandy FinkCarmen Navarro Canales Toni Filesi Sanchez Kristin Lang Eoff and many more…. It was nothing like Standridge! Easy peasy. I’ve been trained by the best!
