If you would like a custom order, please message me through here, [email protected], or Etsy and I will be glad to help you. Custom orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to be completed, this does not include shipping time. Customer orders must be paid for up front before I can work on your order. Once the wreath is completed I will send you a picture for any final changes before the wreath is

mailed out. Measurements of the wreath or arrangement are in the description section of the listing. Materials used in my wreaths are considered durable to outdoor conditions, unless specified in the description. I do recommend protection your wreath form the elements if possible. If you take care of and store away for the season, it should last many seasons. Wreaths956byByBigB is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. If an item is returned to me as undeliverable, you will need to pay to have it shipped to you again. All orders may be shipped USPS (priority, Ground or First Class Mail. depending on product) or FedEx.
