Brotherhood Designs Corporation

Brotherhood Designs Corporation Welcome to Brotherhood Designs Corporation. Welcome to Brotherhood Designs Corporation!

Brotherhood Designs is a 501c3 nonprofit organization who honor our heroes, support their families and preserve the spirit of service through sustainable craftsmanship by repurposing retired fire hose. We are Scott Carr and Rob Demlow, and combined, we have over 45 years of service as professional firefighters in central Indiana. We are the President and Vice-President of our 501(c)(3) non-profit

organization. Brotherhood Designs Corporation repurposes retired fire hose to support wildlife care, habitat enhancement, and environmental stewardship, reducing waste through our Retired Fire Hose Waste Reduction Program. We craft and sell American Flags and other patriotic products from this rugged material, using the proceeds to fund support for the families of fallen first responders. Through sustainability, innovation, and service, we honor those who serve while creating lasting impact for both communities and the environment.

34 days to the Heroes & Healing Music Festival hosted by Brotherhood Designs Corporation. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Before the first song is played, every part of this night already has a story.

BDC was built around a simple belief:

Service should be remembered.
Stories should be told.
Legacies should continue.

Through artwork made from retired fire hose, we honor those who serve by preserving the stories carried in that material โ€” stories of calls answered, communities protected, sacrifice given, and lives impacted.

The Heroes & Healing Music Festival was created from that same โ€œwhy.โ€

July 16 brings the heart of country music together with stories of veterans, first responders, adaptive athletes, families, healing, and service after tragedy.

It gives us a moment to pause and ask what really motivates us.

Is it self-gratification?
Or is it service to others?

That is why this night matters.

Come for the music.
Stay for the stories.
Leave with something bigger.

35 days to the Heroes & Healing Music Festival hosted by Brotherhood Designs Corporation. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

We are grateful to share that BDCโ€™s first radio interview for the Heroes & Healing Music Festival will air this Sunday, June 14, on 93.1 WIBC-FM during First Day With Terri Stacy.

The interview is scheduled to air during the Sunday show between 11 AM and 1 PM and will also be available online at https://wibc.com/566220/first-day-with-terri-stacy/ .

A huge thank you to Terri Stacy for her warmth, encouragement, and genuine interest in helping tell BDCโ€™s story โ€” and for caring about a night built around country music, community, veterans, first responders, adaptive athletes, families, and healing.

We also want to thank Dalton Stacy Billy and the Tall Boys for helping make the connection with Terri.

This is the first of several interviews, with more to come featuring our guest emcee Lindsey Monroe and artists connected to the event.

Tune in Sunday. Help us spread the word. Then make plans to join us July 16.

36 days to the Heroes & Healing Music Festival hosted by Brotherhood Designs Corporation. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Another business has stepped forward.

Today we want to thank Ryan Fireprotection, Inc. for sponsoring a First Responder table for the Heroes & Healing Music Festival.

Ryan Fire Protection helps protect families, businesses, and communities through fire protection systems, inspections, maintenance, and emergency service โ€” work that connects directly to the safety of the people and places around us.

Now they are helping make sure 8 veterans or first responders can attend July 16 at no cost.

That matters.

We still have sponsorship opportunities available, including full event sponsorship, band sponsorships, first responder tables, vendor spaces, and other ways to be part of the night.

If your brand wants to be associated with supporting veterans and first responders in a meaningful way, visit our website and click the sponsorship tab.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Flag #49 โ€” Honoring Eric Mallico & Family ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Every hose has a storyโ€”and for Eric Mallico, that story began on Broadway in Nashville.

While visiting Lucky Bastard Saloon, Eric spotted BDC Flag #7 hanging on display. The story behind our retired fire hose flags and the mission of giving this material a second life immediately resonated with him.

That inspiration led to Flag #49, a Rustic Engine Series flag that was completed and shipped to his home in City of Salisbury, North Carolina - Government on June 9, 2023.

Today, we're proud to celebrate another anniversary of Flag #49 and recognize Eric and his family for their continued support of Brotherhood Designs Corporation and our Retired Fire Hose Waste Reduction Program.

What began as a visit to Nashville became part of a much larger storyโ€”one that helps keep retired fire hose out of landfills while supporting wildlife care, environmental stewardship, and families of fallen first responders.

Thank you, Eric, for believing in our mission and for helping us demonstrate that every hose truly has a story.

37 days to the Heroes & Healing Music Festival hosted by Brotherhood Designs Corporation. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

This is bigger than an event.

Yes โ€” there will be great country music.
Yes โ€” there will be food, vendors, sponsors, and community.
Yes โ€” it will be a night to come together and enjoy.

But the heart of July 16 is much deeper.

This night is about veterans.
First responders.
Adaptive athletes.
Families.
Stories of service, sacrifice, healing, and purpose after tragedy.

Yesterday, we shared how businesses are sponsoring tables so veterans and first responders can attend at no cost โ€” and already, another sponsor has stepped forward.

That tells us something.

This community understands the mission.

We are still seeking companies that want to be part of this in a meaningful way โ€” including full event sponsorship, band sponsorships, table sponsorships, and other opportunities connected to the night.

If your brand wants to stand with veterans and first responders, this is an opportunity to do more than advertise. It is a chance to help create a night that honors those who continue serving others.

Come for the music.
Stay for the stories.
Be part of something meaningful.

๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Happy Anniversary, JBJ's Nashville!๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐ŸŽธ

What started with a phone call from our friend Frank Ficili became one of our favorite stops on the .

Frank introduced Brotherhood Designs Corporation to the talented interior design team behind JBJ's Nashville, leading to the placement of Flag #79, handcrafted from retired fire hose, inside one of Broadway's most recognizable destinations. Surrounded by the energy of Visit Music City and the legacy of Jon Bon Jovi, this piece serves as a reminder that Every Hose Has a Story.

A quick shoutout to our friend Todd Taylor, founder of NashProof, who has dedicated himself to promoting the people and places that make Nashville special. Whether it's a rising singer-songwriter, a historic Broadway venue, or a new hotspot opening its doors, Todd is often behind the scenes helping tell those stories and connect audiences to the heart of Visit Music City.

As visitors celebrate another year of great music, great friends, and unforgettable memories at JBJ's, we hope they also take a moment to remember the men and women whose service and sacrifice help make these moments possible. That is why this BDC flag is on the feature wall and can be seen from each floor.

Thank you, Frank and the entire JBJ's team for being part of this story.

38 days to the Heroes & Healing Music Festival hosted by Brotherhood Designs Corporation. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

This community is growing โ€” and businesses are stepping up in a meaningful way.

Today we want to thank AFAB / Applied Fabricators, Wishoo Interactive Technologies (http://www.wishoo.com/), and Ruoff Mortgage for sponsoring tables that will allow veterans and first responders to attend the Heroes & Healing Music Festival at no cost.

So far, their support helps provide seats for:

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ 8 Veterans
๐Ÿš’ 8 First Responders โ€” Fire Service
๐Ÿš” 8 First Responders โ€” Law Enforcement

That matters.

July 16 is about great country music, powerful stories, healing, and honoring those who continue serving others after tragedy, sacrifice, and life-changing moments.

These businesses are helping make sure some of the very people this night is meant to honor are in the room.

If your business would like to sponsor a table for veterans or first responders, visit our website and click the sponsorship link.

Or simply come out, enjoy the music, and help us say thank you in a real way.

39 days to the Heroes & Healing Music Festival hosted by Brotherhood Designs Corporation. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

It's been a Big week for our headliner, Clayton Anderson.

First โ€” congratulations to Clayton, Hannah, and their family on welcoming Woody to the world on June 5th.

Clayton shared that mom and baby are healthy, his heart is bigger than he ever knew it could be, and their little family is already wrapped in a whole lot of love.

What a blessing.

And in 39 days, Clayton is bringing his Hoosier roots, heartland sound, and high-energy country music to Noblesville as the headliner for the Heroes & Healing Music Festival.

Clayton said it best about July 16:

โ€œAnytime you get a chance to be part of something that stands for brotherhood, community, and lifting each other up, you say yes.โ€

That is exactly what this night is about.

Country music. Powerful stories. Veterans. First responders. Families. Healing. Community.

Watch Claytonโ€™s video. Hear why heโ€™s showing up. Then make plans to join us July 16.
