This watermelon lemonade is the most refreshing drink you’ll make all summer πŸ‰πŸ‹

Ingredients:
πŸ‰ 16 cups watermelon, cubed
πŸ‹ 2β…” cups fresh lemon juice
πŸ‹ Zest of 3 lemons
🍬 2 cups sugar
πŸ’§ 2 cups water
🧊 2 cups cold water
🧊 Ice

Directions:

1. Add the sugar, 2 cups water, and lemon zest to a saucepan.
2. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
3. Strain out the zest and let the syrup cool.
4. Blend the watermelon until smooth.
5. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
6. Add the cooled syrup, lemon juice, and 2 cups cold water.
7. Stir well and serve over ice.

I finally made the viral upside-down berry cheesecake and WOW πŸ˜πŸ“πŸ«

The crust is packed with Biscoff and graham crackers, the cheesecake filling is light and creamy, and the berry center is absolutely incredible.

Crust:
β€’ 1Β½ sleeves Biscoff cookies
β€’ 9 graham cracker sheets
β€’ 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter

Berry Filling:
β€’ 3 cups mixed berries
β€’ β…” cup sugar
β€’ Juice of Β½ large lemon
β€’ 1 tsp lemon zest
β€’ 1Β½ tbsp cornstarch
β€’ 1Β½ tbsp water

Cheesecake Filling:
β€’ 24 oz cream cheese
β€’ 8 oz mascarpone
β€’ Β½ cup sour cream
β€’ 1Β½ cups powdered sugar
β€’ 1Β½ cups heavy cream
β€’ Β½ cup powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
β€’ 1 tsp vanilla
β€’ Squeeze of lemon juice

Cinnamon Peach Crumb Cake πŸ€€πŸ‘

Ingredients:
β€’ About 1 large 29 oz can peaches, plus a little extra, drained well
β€’ 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
β€’ 1 cup dark brown sugar
β€’ 3/4 tsp cinnamon
β€’ Pinch of salt
β€’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β€’ 1 box cinnamon crunch cake mix
β€’ 1 cup peach juice (from the can)
β€’ 1 egg
β€’ 1/2 cup oil

Recipe:

1. If your pan isn’t nonstick, lightly grease it first.
2. Arrange the peaches in your baking pans.
3. Melt together the butter and brown sugar. Once it begins to slightly bubble, stir in the cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
4. Pour the caramel over the peaches.
5. Mix the cinnamon crunch cake using 1 cup peach juice instead of water, along with the egg and oil.
6. Pour half the batter into the pans, add half the cinnamon crumb mixture, then repeat with the remaining batter and crumb mixture.
7. Bake at 325Β°F for 30 minutes.
8. Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then flip and enjoy!

Dirt Cake… but Cookies πŸͺ΄πŸͺ±πŸͺ

Cookies:

1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup packed (170g) dark brown sugar
1/3 cup (60g) white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp (5g) vanilla
2 cups + 3 tbsp (255g) all purpose flour
1/3 cup (about 5 tbsp / 33g) cocoa powder
1 box (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 tbsp (16g) milk powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Hershey’s Cookies & Cream bar, chopped
10 Oreos, crushed

Dirt Cake Frosting:

1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 box (3.4 oz) white chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream

Beat butter and sugars together for 1 minute. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream.

In another bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, pudding mix, milk powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chopped Hershey’s Cookies & Cream bar and crushed Oreos.

Chill dough for 1 hour. Scoop into 12 cookie dough balls and place 4 at a time onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 325Β°F for 13–15 minutes.

For the frosting, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix, white chocolate pudding mix, milk, and heavy cream until thick. Transfer to a piping bag or spoon on top.

Decorate with crushed Oreos and gummy worms. Store in fridge.

This orange Jello cake is lwkey giving creamsicle πŸŠβ˜€οΈ

🍰 Cake:
1 orange cake mix (yellow works too)
3 eggs
1 cup water (or try orange juice for extra flavor!)
1/2 cup oil

Mix according to the box directions. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 325Β°F for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes.

🍊 Jello:
1 (3 oz) orange Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Whisk together and pour over the warm cake. (You can use less water for a stronger flavor.) Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.

πŸ₯£ Frosting:
1 (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups whole milk
8 oz Cool Whip

Whisk pudding and milk until thick, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cake and top with mandarin oranges!
