Step into our collaboration with at 1816 Belmont Road, NW DC! 🥂 It's on the market!

This DC townhome kitchen makes the most of the narrow space by incorporating a wall of tall storage cabinetry across from the main cooking area. A dark island with waterfall details grounds this transitional space. The white Wolf range and integrated Wolf microwave and wall oven offer lot of cooking power. The wall cabinets have glass inserts to display dishes and give the kitchen an open feel. A custom glass wine storage unit as well as a base cabinet with hanging glass shelves above adds a bar area to support entertaining. The frameless cabinetry in a light gray paint has a sophisticated step detail paired with brushed brass knurled handles for an elegant modern look. The texture of the exposed brick and white oak herringbone floors add warmth to the space.

A kitchen that matches your pup? Yes, please.

This kitchen features white oak cabinetry in a black stain paired with real marble countertops. The island features an induction cooktop with integrated downdraft vent. Paneling the dishwasher kept the sink wall cabinetry more cohesive looking paired with a slim shelf detail and vintage mid-century wall sconces. The Wolf microwave and wall oven are flush inset into the inset cabinetry for a clean look. The Subzero column style refrigerator/freezer and the island pendants reflect light and add contrast. The chevron set white oak flooring adds texture and warmth to the space. The back walk-in pantry is outfitted with base and wall cabinetry in complementary finishes to add another area to prep and storage items.

Welcome to 1816 Belmont Rd! An incredible collaboration with a DREAM team. Tucked onto a peaceful street in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington DC, this restored 1900 row house is a true testament to redefined luxury.
