Employee Spotlight: Meet Wade B.!
We’re excited to introduce Wade B., our new Manager, Safety & Security at Replacements!
Wade initially came to Replacements looking for an opportunity to re-enter the workforce. What he found was much more than a job, it was a career where he could combine his experience and passion for continuous learning with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
In his role, Wade is dedicated to safeguarding our people, products, and brand, while helping strengthen awareness and understanding of safety and security practices throughout our organization. He’s also looking forward to training, coaching, and developing leaders across the company.
A few fun facts about Wade:
•He has a soft spot for Blue Willow, appreciating its classic beauty and timeless history.
•He’s excited to continue developing his public speaking skills and finding new ways to educate and inspire others.
•He was born three months premature, and proudly says he’s been proving people wrong ever since!
•Most of all, Wade is motivated by our mission and the opportunity to contribute to our people, culture, and continued improvement.
We’re very happy to have Wade on the team and look forward to all that he will contribute to Replacements.
