Wrapping up another one.
After jacking the wall up to support the buildings weight, we replaced the rotted bottom plate.

We added flashing along the the back wall (that was replaced) and above the windows.
Then it was time for new siding.

Paint prep was a lot of bondo in the cracks and nooks.

If wood is under a lot of stress it will become porous and those areas are perfect for trapping water and rotting. So it is important to catch the problem and take the proper time to add filler so the water keeps running down the side of the building vs. collecting , and penetrating into the wood and walls.

Prep matters.

After sanding , we finished with oil primer and 2 coats of paint.

We take measurements and create a plan. Once we have your approval, we build on site to make sure we get the fitment just right.

We tack wield the project together and head back to the shop for final welding and blending. This makes our work smooth to touch.

We have a relationship with a local reliable powder coat company. This baked on hard finish means no painting or maintenance work for you the customer.
