๐ฟ This is what self-care looks like when it fits seamlessly into your life. โ
Today was one of those beautiful fall days that pulls you outside between work sessions and my Venn Design yoga ball came right along with me onto the back porch. ๐โ๏ธ โ
I was originally drawn to this piece because it didnโt look like every other yoga ball at the gym. Itโs upholstered, beautiful, and actually matches my living room, which is exactly where most of my practice happens. When a wellness tool blends into your space rather than clashing with it, you use it more. Full stop. โ
On the ball, I work on muscle strengthening, stability, and passive flexibility in more restorative holds but honestly the best part is how it encourages natural, organic movement no matter what Iโm doing. Yoga, stretching, or just sitting at my desk. Itโs one of those tools that has integrated so deeply into my daily life that I genuinely canโt imagine living without it. ๐ โ โ
Thatโs the design philosophy behind everything I do at Mache and beyond. When wellness tools are beautiful enough to live in your space, you actually use them. And when you actually use them, they change your life. ๐ฟ โ
