Truly one of a kind.

This custom mosaic installation spans three stories through a glass stairwell and became one of the defining features of this home.

With curved walls, elevation changes, glass stair components and thousands of individual mosaic pieces, this installation required layout, preparation and ex*****on to be dialed in from the start.

This photo is a great example of what quality exterior work looks like when the details behind the finished product matter just as much as what you can see.

Our exterior assemblies start with BlueSkin over the sheathing before the first piece of siding or trim is installed. From there, it’s Beach House Shake siding, welded AZEK corners, soffits woven together at the corners, and fascia to soffit assemblies that are routered, fitted and screwed together.

All of our exterior PVC trim is screwed, not simply finish nailed. Windows and doors receive layered trim details that create the depth and proportion you see here. Copper flashing and copper light fixtures are selected to stand up to the coastal environment, and half round gutters complete the exterior.

Most of these details take more time. Some cost more. Many will never be noticed individually by the homeowner or someone driving past the house.

That isn’t the point.

These methods and material choices aren’t driven by finding the cheapest or fastest way to build. They’re driven by doing what we believe is best for the home. How it performs, how it weathers, and how it looks years from now.

That relentless pursuit of perfection is what continues to drive the way we build.

Before ➡️ After - Full Home Renovation

One of our favorite parts of this renovation is the mix of painted and stained millwork.

That combination, along with the quality of the millwork, trim details and finishes throughout, gave the kitchen a much more custom feel without making it feel overdone.

Months of planning up front allowed our team to work through the details early and execute the renovation the way it was intended.

This before & after is a perfect example of what a thoughtful renovation can do without changing the entire character of a home.

By opening up the kitchen and redesigning the cabinetry, we were able to improve storage, function and flow while still keeping the original charm of the home intact.

Demo and rough framing are complete on this primary bathroom renovation in Medford. Before the new walls started going up, we took the time to lay everything out in the actual space.

During pre-construction, every detail is discussed and planned. But once demolition is complete, we like to physically lay out the plumbing fixture locations so our clients can truly visualize the room.

From there, we framed this massive walk-in shower, including custom his & her niches with a built-in bench.

These are the extra steps that don’t always show up in the finished photos, but they make a tremendous difference in the finished project.

Taking the time to verify dimensions, fixture locations and overall layout before moving forward helps eliminate surprises, keeps the project running smoothly, and ensures the finished space meets the expectations we established from the beginning.

That’s what our pre-construction process is designed to do.

The Mission - “More storage & better function”

Mission accomplished.

It’s hard to believe this is even the same space. We took a traditional 1970s kitchen and dining room layout and opened it up.

By rethinking the location of the appliances, adding cabinetry, and incorporating a massive center island, we were able to significantly increase storage, improve the overall layout and functionality, and still create plenty of seating for family and guests.

Quality craftsmanship isn’t an upgrade, it’s our standard.

There’s a big difference between a project that looks good from the street and one that still looks good when you get up close.

A lot of the details on this one probably won’t jump out at you, and that’s the point.

Copper flashing. PVC trim that’s screwed instead of finish nailed. Multi profile window trim built up to give the exterior a truly custom look. PVC soffits. Powder-coated stainless steel railings. Custom entry doors. Gas lanterns.

These are all small details, but when they’re all done right, they change the way the entire project looks and feels.

That’s the difference in the finished product.

Exceptional craftsmanship isn’t one big thing. It’s hundreds of little things done right.
