This stupid cancer fight drains my energy so when I’m feeling a little more energetic I make something a bit more special for my amazing wife. After popping in at to thank the boys for using my that uses two of my five Wine It blends I went inside the iconic butcher shop and splurged on a A5 strip . My amazing wife does so much for me in regards to my cancer fight that she deserves a steak like this. I grilled it on my grill after making a wet rub with my Savory Steer blend. I use powder in this blend and we all know that and are like love & marriage. She had great this evening.

Disclaimer: So a few months ago I came down with a facial palsy.. doctors think it’s from the 68 radiations. This is why my left side of face is a bit hideous looking! But with Riverway Mike and Captain Phil it was an outstanding tasting! Thanks you guys! Same to the Wassi family too!!

Hey Wassis Meats fans! Stop by there tomorrow morning, Saturday the 16th as Riverway Mike and Captain Phil will be offering up some amazing Italian Meatballs. They’re located at 830 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32935.

To be exact it’s my recipe that features two of my five Wine It blends. TAP (Truly All Purpose) and Savory Steer seasonings. Mike and the Captain will be cooking them on the Big Green Egg!

Btw, Did y’all know that besides having some of the finest beef, pork, etc., Wassi’s sells more Big Green Eggs than any retailer of its kind in the USA! They are also my very first retail customer for Wine It Foods Seasonings/Rubs. Wassi’s has been around since 1986! Pretty cool, eh? Amazing meats, staff and all the things you need to knock out your favorite meals!
