Bring your clean, warm clothes in to share with those in need.
Both Tangents (Mendocino) and Ananse Village (Fort Bragg) are designated drop offs.

Dear Beloved Community!
Well it's that time of year again as these first really cold days finally arrive. It is with my great pleasure and honor to be partnering this season with the Mendocino Coast Children's Fund under the generous guidance of Margaret Fox and her board, to join our forces and efforts in collecting warm clothing for our North Coast school children.
There is a devastating lack of adequate clothing for these kids, and we all assume, in this seemingly affluent community, that this would not be the case, but sadly it is. So, this season we will be distributing jackets, coats, warm clothing of all sizes, as well as warm bedding, sheets, blankets, towels and toiletries to our schools in Mendocino and Fort Bragg School Districts.
Please drop off your clean and in 'good shape' donations to the Greenwood Community Center in Elk, (where there will be totes placed under the awning at the Annex building at the rear of the Center) and, to Tangents in Mendocino ,and Ananse Village in Fort Bragg. If you can't make it to a drop off, please feel free to message me and I will arrange to pick up from you. We cannot thank you all enough for your continued support and generosity. We can do this together!
