Our household has experienced a hectic week, marked by travel, work obligations, and an electricity outage, resulting in heightened stress levels. Nevertheless, we relaxed this evening by baking a batch of Peanut Butter Reese cookies, certain ones contain a peanut butter surprise in the middle, and they were outstanding!
