Before the first wall goes up, we walked through the home first. 

We brought a Six Walls client to Walk Your Plans Seattle, Life-size Blueprint Projection Studio to experience their future home at full, true-to-life scale tracing the entryway, standing in the kitchen, feeling exactly how the living space will flow before a single stud is framed. It’s design you can step into, not just imagine.

Custom wood and metal laundry cabinetry. A fully self-contained lock-off suite with private entry, kitchenette, full bath, bedroom, lounge, and dining for four. Locally sourced antique warehouse windows. Reclaimed fabric pillows by Studio M and Jimmy Chin’s vibrant photography bringing it all to life.

Stone. Wood. Suede. The 4th floor primary suite of the Wynkoop Mercantile Lofts is a sensory experience from start to finish.
 
Custom French doors by Slider Artworks. LED-illuminated closet rods. hardware. Recycled leather belt panel drawer fronts. Backlit railroad car planks echoing Union Station just steps away. Hand-stitched suede wall panels. A stone-walled bath with deep soaking tub, LED medicine cabinets, and a private wood sauna.

Welcome to the heart of the Wynkoop Mercantile Lofts — the 5th floor. 🖤
Where industrial edge meets everyday luxury. Recycled leather black belt panels. Shishuzi Bon wood. Large-scale David Jaro photography. A Macintosh surround sound system with Ketra and a custom metal Dutch door pantry — designed by Six Walls, fabricated by Corvus Design Build — that pays homage to the building’s mercantile history.
 
Every detail, intentional. Every finish, considered.

Floor 6 of the Wynkoop Mercantile Lofts is giving us ALL the rooftop vibes.
 
Perched directly above Union Station, this rooftop deck was designed for those who love to entertain — featuring an Urban Bonfire outdoor kitchen, Poggenpohl cabinetry, and an indoor/outdoor dining setup with the Denver skyline as your backdrop. And that dark ebony-stained wood ceiling? It cuts the daytime glare and sets the most incredible moody atmosphere come evening. ✨
