Another install in the books! A week of making this beach house feel like home, surrounded by the best team and a client I’ve had the joy of working with for years. There’s something special about getting to do this again and again with people who trust you, let you run with an idea, and understand that the best spaces take a little bit of instinct and a lot of heart.

Grateful for my team and the hands that helped bring it all together. Leaving with a full camera roll, a few new favorite corners, and already plotting my next trip to 30A 🍋‍🟩

My favorite (and busiest) time of year is officially here. And somehow, October looked at September’s calendar and said, hold my coffee.
Wrote this from an airplane, en route to an install, followed by a speaking engagement, with a suitcase that I’m fairly certain hasn’t been fully unpacked in weeks.
September was one for the books. Four presentations in three days, a few too many flights, a peek inside my new home, endless vintage treasures, and the launch of Maison Molly with Everhem. A month full of pinch-me moments, very little sleep, and so many reminders of why I love what I do.
And now, my birthday month. 🍂 A little life lately, September edition, is now on the journal. Come catch up with me. xx

10 days of Maison Molly
After designing enough homes and specifying enough window treatments, I realized I kept searching for the same things. A sheer that had enough soul to stand on its own. A brown that felt like an old wool coat rather than “brown fabric. A stripe that looked like it could have been pulled from an old mattress ticking. A botanical that didn’t scream floral. A tassel that felt inherited instead of embellished.
The references were everywhere in my travels. Antique French textiles, lace, valances, herbal studies, beautifully worn linens, men’s tailoring, vintage clothing, the inside of an old coat.
All the things I’ve loved, collected, and carried with me over the years, somehow finding their way into this collection.
And 10 days ago, we celebrated by dressing an entire restaurant in it.
The loveliest part? Knowing these pieces will now find their way into your homes. To be layered, lived with, softened by sunlight, and hopefully passed down someday.

I wanted my bedroom to feel like a cocoon—the kind of room that almost forces you to slow down. Soft, tonal, botanical, a little undone, and basically one big exhale at the end of the day.
The Sixpenny Devyn Bed in Warm Oatmeal was exactly that. The medium weight linen has that perfectly lived-in texture I’m always chasing, and I love how the upholstered frame wraps around you without feeling too precious. A king-sized cloud wrapped in Fleur, if you will.
Turns out I’m just as committed to warm oatmeal in my bedroom as I am everywhere else in the house…you asked, I linked (full source list on my substack, link in bio)!
