I can't believe the prior owner painted the subfloors and called it good 😳 Actually. What REALLY happened was the prior owner had a renter in the house on a "Rent to Own" situation and told the tenant to paint the subfloors and that it was "something they did in the South". Boy please.

Before and after 😍 This midnight green on these cabinets mixed with an assorted style of gold hardware is so gorgeous. Who needs new cabinets when you can just paint them and add new hardware. Head over to the website, theres a blowout sale going on- if I can move without 500lbs of iron hardware to my next destination I'd prefer to do that 😂 Let's clear out my stock! I am finishing every "left and forgotten" project on my house in the next 5 weeks. The exterior is now 60% complete with a new paint job, my front door porch looks so much better- However... the 3 doors all need repainted 😂 Stay tuned and continue to follow along! Up next is the kitchen!

Wow, I went to post yesterday that I hit 30,000 followers and just looked today and have gained another 1,000 over night! 6 weeks ago I was at 24,000 which is where I had been sitting for the last 2 years after focusing on other aspects of my life.
