This home in Eagle Idaho had gutters packed with years of leaves, pine needles, and shingle debris. There was so much buildup, plants had taken root and an entire ecosystem had formed.
When gutters get this clogged, water has nowhere to go. Instead of draining away from your home, it overflows down your siding, pools around your foundation, and over time can lead to roof damage, wood rot, and costly repairs.
We cleared out 230 feet of gutter by hand, removing every bit of debris and flushing the downspouts to make sure water flows freely again. Total time on site was roughly 3 hours. We also checked for loose gutter, signs of damage beneath the shingle and around the siding.
They were lucky enough to not have any other major issues but it doesn't always work this way.
