Before & (future) after!

Last week, I took on a new design client—myself! And having a clear vision truly makes all the difference.

While a full renovation isn’t in the plans just yet, seeing my design in a 3D rendering gives me a roadmap to find all the right pieces and bring the vision to life over time.

For now, I’ll be starting with small, budget-friendly updates like new curtains, wall art, and bedding. Can’t wait to watch it all come together!

This home office got a major upgrade. Swipe to see the before!

Here’s how we transformed this space: ⬇️

~ Built-in desk: Rather than keeping the desk in the middle of the room (where a big monitor blocks the view anyway), we tucked it into the built-ins for better flow. A wood credenza was placed on the opposite wall to maximize storage.

~ Reading corner: This new layout allowed room for a cozy reading corner (because every home office needs a place to unwind).

~ Wall paneling & wallpaper: The best combo!! Adds instant texture and charm.

~ Finishing touches: Soft window treatments, a traditional area rug and decorative accents bring the whole room together!

Our goal was to create a warm, inviting space with an optimal layout for both relaxing and socializing. By blending rustic farmhouse and modern classic elements, we struck the perfect balance between cozy and refined.

Here’s how we brought the vision to life:
 ~ Neutral color palette: creams and warm browns create a calming feel ~ Functional layout: every piece was thoughtfully placed to enhance comfort and flow ~ Textural layers: natural materials, cozy textiles and organic shapes add depth and warmth
