Highlights from a project that we are working on in Washington, DC.
We added a rail and gave the front of this house a facelift.

We will go back in 30-45 days and paint this pressure treated lumber.

The customer is very happy! 😊

𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙇𝙚𝙩’𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙤𝙡! 🎱 … Updated photo with 𝙣𝙚𝙬 paint and surrounding carpet on a simple hardwood inlay we did last year of 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 White Oak Rustic Brown with Mineral Grey (Barn Wood).⁣

No need 👎🏻 to waste leftover wood! We installed the remaining boards from the previous installation we completed and added under the pool table in the basement/game room!🤔👍⁣

Another job completed ✅. This customer had worn hardwood floors and decided they wanted something new. We removed the old flooring and replaced it with this 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘶𝘭 ✨ 𝗙𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗹.⁣

This job was completed in one day and just in time for an evening dinner 🍽️ party. 🎉⁣... Now that’s what we call “𝗔𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘”! 😁👍⁣

Ready to play some cards?🃏♥️♣️ This game room is ready for 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘦 entertainment! 🥳 … We removed the carpet and added a 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 White Oak/Rustic Brown with Mineral Gray (Barn Wood) which made the chairs glide much easier and added a rustic/contemporary flair to the area.

Another 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 ✨ transformation! 🤩 … These are before and after photos of a stairwell and the upstairs overhang. ⁣CCI provided all custom sized threads and painted White Risers. ⁣
⁣
✨ We also removed all of the White Wood Balusters and installed new Rod Iron ones to update the look. 👍

✨𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 is the highest grade of hardwood. It has uniform grain texture, mild color variations are produced by differences in natural heartwood and sapwood.⁣

These floors were in great shape and just needed a simple “𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙩” to ✨ freshen up an 𝘰𝘭𝘥 finish (Satin Oil). ⁣
⁣
✨Screening and recoating are usually performed to remove dull and light scratches from the surface of hardwood floors and are a 𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩 💲option to help make your floors look 𝙣𝙚𝙬 again. 👍⁣
