🌧️ A little change of plans for tomorrow—we’re taking the Pantry indoors!

With inclement weather expected, I won’t be at the Downtown Melbourne Farmers Market at Riverview Park on Saturday, October 17. Instead, I’m setting up an Eloweezie’s Pantry pop-up INSIDE WayBack Sound!

📍 2020 Palm Bay Rd NE, Suite 10
Arlington Plaza • Palm Bay
🕙 Starting at 10 am and staying until at least 2 pm!

Come browse your Pantry favorites, say hello, and spend a little time among the records. Good flavors and good music make a lovely Saturday combination. 😊

Please help spread the word so everyone knows where to find me!

October Saturdays by the river! 🍂

Eloweezie’s Pantry will be at the Downtown Melbourne Farmers’ Market at Riverview Park for three Saturdays this month:

🍁 October 17, 24 & 31
🕙 10 am–2 pm

Come spend a little of your Saturday with me! Browse the teas, discover your next favorite vanilla, and pick up something special for your fall kitchen—or a little gift for someone you love.

I’d love to see you there!

On Saturday, I had the opportunity to start some extracts from beans I have been storing since May. (Thank you Lord for three day weekends!) Such a wonderful day slicing, scraping and cutting! In the photos you can see the progression, from beans to beans after taking a 5 minute swim to finished extracts. I made double fold extracts with beans from Mexico, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. They won't be ready for decanting for another year or so, but they will be delish when done! My home smelled SO GOOD after processing about a pound of vanilla beans!

Hmmm....Bach made great music. But how could he be happy without vanilla beans?
