800 square feet of living space, zero wasted corners. Bedroom, walk-in closet, full bath with walk-in shower, open kitchen and living area, and a 288 square foot covered patio. The complete floor plan from our Orlando ADU project. Small buildings still need real drawings. This one carried a full architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural set.

The kitchen from our Vero Beach custom home. Island seating for four, a custom range hood, and cabinets that run to the ceiling so no space goes unused. A kitchen like this takes coordination between the architectural plan, the electrical plan, and the cabinet layout. We produce all three, so they agree with each other.

Rear elevations get less attention than the front, but this is the side the owners actually live on, so it got the same care in the drawings.

The shed-roof profile in the drawing is held up by 5-1/8" x 12" glulam beams, sized, spaced, and detailed in our construction set before the rendering ever existed. Drawings first, design second, construction third. That's the order that keeps projects on budget.

The service counter at our Melbourne restaurant build-out. Point of sale, beverage station, and a clear line of sight from the customer to the cook line. In a 20-foot-wide tenant space, the counter is the whole plan: it controls the queue, the kitchen flow, and where every piece of equipment has to sit. We drew it first, then everything else fell into place around it.
