The Salt Lake Temple open house has been announced for April 5 through Oct. 1, 2027. The public are invited to tour the historic structure seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., before the temple’s rededication.

Tour tickets for the Salt Lake Temple open house will be released in late summer 2026 through a mobile app, allowing visitors to reserve free time slots for the 2027 event.

Millions are expected to attend over several months. In preparation, Church and city leaders are coordinating expanded public transportation and park-and-ride options to support one of the largest gatherings in the city’s history.

It has been a wonderful week for our family, Aurora decided to take the next step on the covenant path and receive her own Endowment on Tuesday evening and then because Sophie will be turning 12 this year, we were ALL able to go to the Temple as a family today! Such a beautiful way to finish off 2025 & begin 2026! Sure love this family of mine! 💞
