We always appreciate a repeat client! Evolve Coffee + Matcha opened their second location on Harrison Ave in Lakeview. Build out by Keta Construction Co, AGL was able to offer a cozy and inviting space perfect for morning coffee runs or casual meet ups for neighbors and visitors. The space was designed to feel open and bright with ample seating options for costumers. Subtle pops of sage green gave this new Lakeview location its own unique identity while still representing the Evolve Coffee & Matcha brand. Be sure to stop in next time you’re in the neighborhood!

This build out was completed in 2022 located in 400 Poydras by KETA Construction. A custom reception desk was designed to meet ADA requirements. With an open ceiling concept in the reception and open break room, acoustics were addressed by the use of suspended sound baffles. The client wanted the break area to be multifunctional in hosting company meetings/presentations as well as dining and lounging for their employees. This became the heart of the space and a key feature to the design and flow of the space.

We are happy to share our latest commercial building cafe and courtyard renovation at One Lakeway office building - Lakeway Cafe. Previously known as Lakeway Deli, Lakeway Cafe has been expanded and rebranded to complement the future lobby renovations expected to complete construction in 2024. Amenities in commercial buildings are more important than ever and this first phase has successfully provided a fresh, updated space for tenants to have lunch, take a break, or host a small casual meeting. We look forward to revealing the rest of One Lakeway's lobby renovations very soon!
