You never know what those old wood floors are going to look like, until you pull up the carpets in every room. It’s going to be a long week!

Carpet was removed in Family room. Newly installed solid 3/4” X 2 1/4” unfinished red oak flooring was woven into existing old 3/4” X 2 1/4” solid pre-finished red oak flooring with a beveled edge. Entire job was sanded and finished with 4 coats of commercial grade water-base (satin) polyurethane.

Before: red oak floors I installed over 30 years ago. After: replaced tile with new red oak floors, refinished and stained with aged barrel and satin finish.

New Family room floor woven into existing red oak Kitchen floor. Sanded and finished with 3 coats of commercial grade (semi-gloss) polyurethane.

Old prefinished red oak floors are completely sanded and ready for 3 coats of commercial grade (semi-gloss) polyurethane to be applied.

New installation of 3 1/4" X 3/4" select and better white oak flooring. Refinish old white oak floors, apply 1 coat of espresso stain and 3 coats of commercial grade oil base (satin) polyurethane.
