Queridos amigos/seguidores.
Después de mostrar mucho interés por el diseño y decoración de espacios pequeños y preparación de areas para renta a corto plazo, vamos a mostrar cada cierto tiempo una muestra de nuestro trabajo en espacios de menos de 600 SF, como es este espacio

Esta fue la primera entrega de interiores de vivienda en la maravillosa urbanización de la zona hotelera en Sunrise Beach en Fort Lauderdale, FL. Diseñada por y preparada para renta en Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking, etc… Utilizamos un diseño monocromático con tonos neutrales para acentuar los espacios.
Espero que os haya gustado tanto como a nosotros.
Muy pronto podremos mostraros más detalles de este proyecto.

9 Years ago we designed this beautiful unit in Grand View Palace, PH 123. Amazingly, trough all these years and after 2 ownership, the design had been kept immaculate 😮. First Owner increased the selling price for 210,000.00. Second Owner increased the price three months after for an extra $ 64,000.00. This is the most expensive unit sold in a building with 539 residences were mostly all have been renovated. Last sold for $ 549,000.00 on May this year. Amazing right? 😊 WE DID IT! ❤️
