What a surprise.

This week, we discovered a bench at the War Memorial honoring Manuel Perez-Vichot and Southeast Design.

For someone who has spent decades working to help shape and serve these communities, this recognition is both humbling and deeply meaningful.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the City of Miami Springs and the Village of Virginia Gardens for this thoughtful gesture. It is an honor to have contributed to the places and people that have meant so much to us throughout the years.

Thank you for this unexpected and appreciated recognition.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country.

This neighborhood war memorial was thoughtfully expanded and renewed to create a stronger space for reflection, remembrance, and community gathering. From the enlarged monument to the infinity candle that shines through the night, every detail was designed with reverence for those who served and sacrificed.

Our firm is honored to contribute to this project and the space it continues to provide for the community.

Today, we remember and honor the fallen. 🇺🇸

Nearly 20 years ago, this backyard casita was designed and built as a playhouse for our grandchildren.

Inside there's a tiny kitchen, dining area, miniature seating and a doll crib. Over time, the walls have also become a canvas for creativity, filled with original artwork painted by grandchildren and family members.

A small space that has sparked years of imagination and play. Sometimes the smallest projects create the biggest memories.
